Linda Conklin, M.Ed, is a certified coach and consultant with an emphasis on personal and career coaching. She is an accomplished presenter, writer and author of Career Coach: Getting the Right Job, Right Now!
Linda is dedicated to helping her clients live their lives by design rather than by default. Her results-oriented style has helped thousands of clients to achieve their personal and professional potential.
Her diverse background enables her to work comfortably with a range of clients from recent graduates to senior executives. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Linda is adept at designing, developing and delivering training programs tailored to meet her clients’ needs.
During her career, Linda has held senior positions that have put her front and center with her clients and their challenges. Linda currently is Co-Founder and President of Linda Conklin Careers. Most recently, she managed Alumni Career Services for the University of North Carolina, a program that she conceptualized and developed. She was previously a Senior Consultant with Drake Beam Morin, a career management firm, and a master trainer for the PACE Group, a human resource consultancy. She has extensive experience in consulting with Fortune 100 companies as well as start-ups.
Linda holds a M.Ed. in Training and Development from North Carolina State University and a BS degree in Business Management from the State University of New York. She earned her certified coach designation from the International Coach Federation.
Linda is co-founder, former President and currently member-at-large of the Alumni Career Services Network. Currently residing in Raleigh, North Carolina, she has lived and worked throughout the United States and China.
